Truman Library Institute and Rainy Day Books Present Special Luncheon Event
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Truman Library Institute and Rainy Day Books are partnering on a special luncheon program featuring business icon Ken Langone, taking place Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Langone is co-founder of The Home Depot and the former director of the New York Stock Exchange.
Langone will be discussing his book I Love Capitalism: An American Story, which tells the gripping tale of his unlikely rise and storied career, with inspiring stories from his past coupled with practical lessons for any business person.
Tickets must be purchased in advance of this special event and include a three-course meal, access to the program and a signed copy of I Love Capitalism. Individual tickets cost $50 and table sponsorship costs $500.
